Katherine Baicker

Katherine Baicker is dean and Emmett Dedmon Professor at the University of Chicago's Harris School of Public Policy, and an NBER research associate affiliated with the programs on aging, education, health care, and public economics. She serves on the Congressional Budget Office's Panel of Health Advisers, on the boards of directors of Eli Lilly and Company pharmaceuticals and HMS Holdings, and on the advisory board of the National Institute for Health Care Management Foundation.
