Şenay Ağca, George Washington University

Şenay Ağca is the chief diversity officer and a professor of finance at the George Washington University School of Business. She previously served as a director of the Economics and Science of Broadening Participation programs at the National Science Foundation. Her research focuses on macro-finance, credit risk, and corporate-government dynamics.

Larry Chavis
Larry Chavis, University of North Carolina

Larry Chavis is Clinical Associate Professor of Strategy and Entrepreneurship at the Kenan-Flagler School of Business at the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill. He directs the UNC American Indian Center. His research focuses on institutional structures in developing nations; he is a 2021-22 American Council on Education fellow, studying issues of minority faculty recruitment.

Kaye Husbands Fealing
Kaye Husbands Fealing, Georgia Institute of Technology

Kaye Husbands Fealing is dean of the Ivan Allen College of Liberal Arts at the Georgia Institute of Technology. She previously taught at Williams College and the University of Minnesota, and directed the NSF Science of Science and Innovation Policy program. Her research focuses on the public value of research expenditures, innovation policy, and underrepresentation of women and minorities in STEM fields.

Patrick L. Mason is a professor of economics and an affiliate of the Political Economy Research Institute at the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.  His research expertise includes racial inequality in the US, the Caribbean, and Mexico, educational achievement, income distribution, unemployment, and the economics of racial and religious identities.

Sandra Orozco-Aleman
Sandra Orozco-Aleman, Mississippi State University

Sandra Orozco-Aleman is an associate professor of economics at Mississippi State University. Her research focuses on labor economics and applied econometrics, and includes analysis of the deterrence and labor market effects of interior immigration enforcement in the US, as well as the links between drug violence and immigration flows.

Sinead Younge
Sinead Younge, Morehouse College

Sinead Younge is Danforth Endowed Professor of Psychology at Morehouse College, and the Director of the Andrew Young Center for Global Leadership. Her research focuses on health equity issues, with a particular focus on the social determinants of health in communities of color, as well as on program evaluation and educational program development.
