Sustaining Exercise Habits

This research aimed to analyze retrospective data to identify effective behavioral science strategies for encouraging adults to develop and sustain exercise habits. In mid-2018 to early 2019, a variety of behavioral science strategies were offered to encourage lasting exercise habits among 24 Hour Fitness Members. We retrospectively analyzed data that were collected as part of that project. Specifically, several of the strategies that were implemented during that project were compared for effectiveness.
