Alison Evans Cuellar is Professor of Health Administration and Policy at the College of Public Health at George Mason University. Her research is on health care systems, payer innovations, Medicaid policy, mental health, and justice involved populations.

Frances Lynch is a Senior Investigator at the Center for Health Research at Kaiser Permanente and holds a joint appointment as a Senior Investigator at OCHIN research. Her research focuses on the organization and financing of care for people with mental health conditions.

Brigit Hatch, Subcontract, Co-Investigator

Brigit Hatch is Charles R. and Velma E. Sharp Endowed Professor, Family Medicine, at Oregon Health & Science University, and is also a practicing physician in family and preventive medicine. She leads a portfolio of research aimed at preventing cancer among vulnerable populations.

Kelly Kelleher is is distinguished professor of Pediatrics and Public Health in the Colleges of Medicine and Public Health at The Ohio State University. He is a pediatrician and health services researcher focused on improving and measuring the quality of pediatric care for high-risk children affected by social determinants of health, violence, neglect, alcohol, drug use or mental disorders.
