Megan MacGarvie is a Associate Professor of Markets, Public Policy, and Law at the Questrom School of Business at Boston University. Her research focuses on intellectual property, patenting behavior, and the cross-border migration of high-skilled workers.
Reinhilde Veugelers is a professor in the department of management, strategy, and innovation at KU Leuven in Belgium. Her research focuses on industrial organization, international economics and strategy, and innovation and science.
Donna Ginther is the Roy A. Roberts & Regents Distinguished Professor of Economics at the University of Kansas. Her major fields of study are scientific labor markets, gender differences in employment outcomes, wage inequality, science policy, and investments in children.
