1. Commodity Flow Survey, Dept. of Transportation 

The CFS provides data on national freight flows. Data include the commodity industries, values, weights, average distance, origin state and destination state of shipments. State-state flows data available for 1993, 1997, 2002, 2007, 2012 and 2017. State-state flows by industry data available for 2002, 2007, 2012 and 2017.
