Jetson Leder-Luis is an assistant professor at Boston University. His research addresses fraud in public programs, especially Medicare, including studying effective anti-fraud policy and developing statistical methods to detect and measure fraud.
Jonathan Gruber is the Ford Professor of Economics and Chairman of the Department of Economics at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. His research ranges widely in health economics and public finance, with particular attention to health care financing mechanisms and the interaction between public and private insurance.
David Howard is a faculty member in the Department of Health Policy and Management at Emory University. His research employs economics and statistics to better understand physician decision-making and its implications for public policy.
