Jens Ludwig, Co-Principal Investigator

Jens Ludwig is the Edwin A. and Betty L. Bergman Distinguished Service Professor at the University of Chicago Harris School of Public Policy, where he is also director of the Crime Lab and codirector of the Education Lab. His research focuses on the impact of social programs with particular attention to crime.

Crystal Yang, Co-Principal Investigator

Crystal S. Yang is a Professor of Law at Harvard Law School. Her research focuses on empirical law and economics, with particular focus on issues of criminal justice, such as racial bias and the operation of the bail system, and on consumer bankruptcy.
