Yu-Chu Shen, Principal Investigator

Yu-Chu Shen is Professor of Economics at the Naval Postgraduate School. Her research interests include health policy, health economics, and military mental health readiness.

Renee Y. Hsia, Principal Investigator

Renee Yuen-Jan Hsia is a tenured Professor of Emergency Medicine at University of California at San Francisco. Her research focuses on access to emergency care, especially for vulnerable populations; factors associated with closure of emergency services (both emergency departments and trauma centers); and how these closures affect patient outcomes. 

Anthony Kim, Principal Investigator

Dr. Anthony S. Kim is a vascular neurologist and medical director of the UCSF Stroke Center. His research interests include stroke epidemiology, prevention and diagnosis; acute management of stroke; and using information technologies to improve the quality of health care.
