David Popp is the Caroline Rapking Faculty Scholar in Public Administration and Policy in the Public Administration and International Affairs Department at the Maxwell School of Syracuse University. His research interests are in environmental policy and the economics of technological change.
Lint Barrage is an associate professor of climate and energy economics at ETH Zurich. Her research examines the macroeconomic and fiscal impacts of climate and energy transitions, and the role of new energy technologies in these dynamics.
Kenneth Gillingham is the Grinstein Class of 1954 Professor of Environmental & Energy Economics at Yale University. His research examines the adoption of new energy technologies, energy efficiency, quantitative policy and program analysis, and climate change policy.
