Axel H. Börsch-Supan, Principal Investigator

Axel H. Börsch-Supan is director emeritus of Max Planck Institute for Social Law and Social Policy. His research focuses on socio-political issues that are associated with economic aspects of demographic change and the aging of the population. 

Eileen Crimmins, Principal Investigator

Eileen Crimmins is University Professor and holder of the AARP Chair in Gerontology at the USC Leonard Davis School of Gerontology. Much of Crimmins’ research has focused on changes over time in health and mortality.

Mark Wener, Principal Investigator

Dr. Wener is a professor of Laboratory Medicine and Laboratory Administration and an adjunct professor of Medicine and Rheumatology at the University of Washington. His current research includes development of multiplexed dried blood spot assays for epidemiologic surveys, inflammatory markers in epidemiologic studies, ultrasound to assess scleroderma skin, and development of test panels for autoimmune rheumatic diseases.
