Files can be located using the directory path of each download link by replacing "https://data.nber.org/" with "/homes/data/". For example, these CMS case mix datasets can be found under "/homes/data/casemix/" on the internal NBER computer cluster. The casemix variables are also available in the CMS Impact file, and the impact file includes earlier years of data as well.
