Roybal Center for Behavior Change in Health - Clinical Trial Applications

The NBER Roybal Center for Behavior Change in Health seeks proposals for research projects that involve randomized controlled trials (RCTs) or other NIH-defined clinical trials. Proposed trials must have an anticipated start date of June 1st, 2026. Each project may request funding of up to $260,000 including indirect costs.

This year, we are pleased to be participating in the 2025 national call for proposals administered by the Roybal Coordinating Center. Please submit letters of intent (LOIs) here by October 15th, 2025 following the guidance provided at the link. Please note that biosketches for all key personnel should be submitted with the LOI in the format of the NIH biosketch template.

Investigator teams that are invited to prepare a full proposal will be notified by mid-November 2025 and will be asked to complete the information in the Clinical Trials Proposal Template by no later than January 5th, 2026.
