Interactions between State and Federal Climate Change Policies

I did not receive any consulting funding during the period I worked on the "Interactions" paper. Currently I am not receiving consulting funding. I receive research funding from Stanford University's School of Humanities and Sciences.

Unrelated to this work, I have served as a consultant to the Western States Petroleum Association in work to help design a better cap-and-trade system under California's AB 32.
