Grant editor now allows uploading & downloading files

The grant editor now has a "files" section. Each grant has a directory
associated with it where you can upload files.

Ideally there would be a way to access these files from our Samba server
using your PC's file navigation, in addition to accessing it through the
web. That way you could for example easily open an excel spreadsheet and
then save it with changes, which would be more cumbersome to download,
edit, upload.

Len, if we can set up a samba share for the grantadmins, is there a way
to get a URL that would open the shared folder in MS WIndows Explorer?
Like file:\\\1050-fileserver\grantadmins\...
