Warm greetings to all.
I was just told by the NBER Conference Department that the DAE Spring Program Meeting schedule was needed sooner than I had previously been told. (The reasons concern hotel reservations.) Thus, even though I wrote Jan. 26 as the deadline for proposal submissions, I am being forced to make that deadline today. I already have a large number of superb submissions and have put together a great set of papers for our meeting. My apologies to anyone who had delayed their proposal submission. How about the Summer Institute instead?
