Spring Program Meeting

Warm Winter Greetings.

The DAE Spring Program Meeting (Saturday, March 1, 2014) is in less than three months and the NBER conference department needs to plan the schedule by the end of January. I would like paper presentation suggestions by January 26. You can suggest a paper of your own or one of another DAE member whom you would like to cajole into presenting, or, if exceptional, one of a non-DAE member. I would like 5 to 6 papers on the program with a nice mix of micro- and macro-topics. Don't be shy. This is a good commitment device for the procrastinators among you.

The DAE is a family-friendly program and all babies (and I mean infants and other young children) are invited. We have two new additions of which I am aware. Congratulations to Leah Boustan for Gil and to Aldo Musacchio for Valentina. As in the past, well-behaved children can attend so long as they do not ask questions we cannot answer.

Best wishes,

Claudia
