Thank you to those who participated in the open enrollment meeting this
morning.

I have attached the document we reviewed on 403(b) plan enrollment for
2022. This enrollment is incorporated into the ADP Open Enrollment
wizard for the first time. Please be careful of the total amount of your
enrollment and complete your enrollment form if enrolling for the first
time.
Finally, I attached a handout on the health insurance pricing for 2022.
This is the handout we traditionally distribute providing additional
detail on the cost increase and the cost breakdown between the NBER and
the employee. A reminder that the cost allocation for the HMO Blue NE
$1,000 Deductible Plan shifts by 0.33% each year until we reach an 80/20
allocation similar to the HMO Blue NE Value Plus Plan.
Open enrollment will begin later today. As alluded to at the meeting,
the process for enrolling in commuter and parking benefits will also
look a bit different in 2022. Diane will be in touch with additional
information when open enrollment begins.
