Good afternoon,
The Dual port EV Charging Station located in the Putnam parking lot is now
fully powered and the software has been programmed.
Attached are the instructions to download the app to your phone to access
the Charging station. This includes a connection code specific to our
building (see top of page 3), which Lisa Ursino will give to you upon
request. PLEASE DO NOT SHARE THIS WITH THE GENERAL PUBLIC.
*Here are a few other notes:*
1. The charging station is in between 2 parking spaces. *The space on
the left belongs to NBER*, only their employees will be allowed to use
this space/charger. The space on the right is now the buildings shared
space, all tenants in the building will be allowed to use this charging
station. The fourth space now belongs to NBER. We will no longer have a
vendor visitor space.
2. There is a 2 hour max charging limit. The 2 hours is *FREE to all
employees*. If your vehicle remains attached to the charging station
beyond the 2 hour max, it will charge $5.00 per hour thereafter. Please
note this is how it has been initially set up. Lincoln Property Company is
welcoming feedback and recommendations if you feel this is not enough time
to charge.
3. This charging station will not show as “available” to the general
public when they are searching for one. This is only for building
employees.
