On October 12th, the National Science Foundation will sponsor a workshop on how economists and scientists can use human resource data such as the Survey of College Graduates, the Survey of Recent College Graduates, and the Survey of Doctoral Recipients to assess the status of the science and engineering workforce. Participants will be encouraged to design creative uses for the data, and will be given access to the restricted dataset, if their research proposal presentations are approved.
