Another note about Reporter editing

Hi All,

I just went through the Reporter Article we just did together and found one
more item to note: When there is a figure, and corresponding "figure
caption" (i.e. "Figure 1"), make sure there is a paragraph break after the
figure caption. You don't have to do this in the "source" editor, but just
the default CK editor: you can just hit enter after each caption to make
sure it gets some breathing room. Feel free to ask if you are not sure what
I mean.
