officially in business. It went live on line today.
I understand that the University of Chicago Press may have already sent
you our welcome letter, including the JHC's electronic web site at

I am writing to ask you to announce to members of the NBER health
Economics Program the official existence of the Journal. This would be a
great service to the JHC and hopefully of interest to members of your
program. I attach a Call-for Papers announcement from the University of
