I would like to invite you to participate in the NBER's Corporate
Governance meeting that I am organizing. We will be meeting on Thursday,
July 29 and Friday, July 30 at the Royal Sonesta Hotel, 5 Cambridge
Parkway, Cambridge, Massachusetts. The preliminary program can be found

Please reply to this message if you would like to attend. Be sure to
include your housing need information.
We cannot guarantee housing if you reply after June 9.
As you know, you are also invited to attend the NBER's Law and Economics
Summer Institute workshop on July 30 and 31 at the Royal Sonesta
Hotel. The program can be found at

Morning coffee and pastries as well as lunch will be provided. There will
be a group dinner for all participants on Thursday evening at 6:30 pm at
Legal Sea Food Restaurant in Kendall Square. Please confirm your
attendance at the dinner by return message as well.
Further Summer Institute information, including updated programs and

available on this site before the workshop.
For participants travelling to the meeting, the NBER will reimburse the
cost of a super-saver airline ticket as well as up to three nights (July
