You may have missed the call for papers, since it was uncharacteristically
early. At least, I hope that's the explanation! I've received *very few*
submissions for the 2000 Summer Institute from NBER program members (many
more from people outside the NBER). The IO meeting will be held July 20-21
(or just the 21 if there aren't more submissions!).

If you have a paper you'd like to be considered for inclusion in the
meeting, please send me either an extended abstract or a draft of the
paper. Final versions will be due late June, so you do have time to finish
up work in progress.
