To IFM members,
1) I want to thank everyone who helped make the IFM meetings of Summer
Institute a success last week, particularly the organizers Olivier Jeanne
and Sebnem Kalemli-Ozcan; Galina Hale and Michael Klein for the IFM Data
Sources Project; Fabio Ghironi and Steve Redding for the joint ITM meeting;
and the various co-organizers of MEFM.
2) The video of the Brexit panel has been posted on the NBER website

http://www.nber.org/>. I think that it will go to a dedicated Brexit
webpage next week.
3) For your calendar:
The Fall meeting is to be October 28. Co-organizers: Ariel Burstein and
Charles Engel
The next Spring meeting is to be March 31, 2017. Co-organizers: Laura
Alfaro and Emmanuel Farhi.
Next year’s Summer Institute, 2017, is to be July 10-14. Co-organizers:
Sebnem Kalemli-Ozcan and Andrei Levchenko.
4) On non-NBER business: When contemplating travel to the spring meeting
on Friday, March 31, save the date of Saturday, April 1 (the day after our
IFM meeting), in your calendar for what Jeff Frieden and I hope will be the
3rd annual meeting of Politics and Economics of International Finance
