Please note that for my paper in progess with Ethan O. Ilzetzki (University of Maryland), and Kenneth S. Rogoff, "Exchange Rate Arrangements Entering the 21st Century: Which Anchor Will Hold?", we have updates (available at our web pages and below) to the exchange rate regime classifications in The Modern History of Exchange Rate Arrangements: A Reinterpretation . New countries have also been added.
