Dear Mike,

My colleagues and I are seeking for an expert to take a look at our empirical paper someday in November or early December 2009. This paper is an empirical analysis about a cost study of a health educational intervention to prevent teen pregnancy, which I mentioned to you earlier by email.

We have budgeted $2000 for this review. I would like to ask you to review econometric/statistical analysis for this empirical study.

The funding agency requires us to submit a CV of the reviewer. If you agree to be the reviewer, could you send me an electronic file of your CV as well?
