CALL FOR PAPERS
Advances in Health Economics and Health Services Research announces that
its next issue (Volume 17) is devoted to The Economics of Obesity and
invites submissions on that topic.
The issue will be co-edited by Kristian Bolin of Lund University and John
Cawley of Cornell University and NBER.
Please submit papers electronically (Word or Adobe format only) no later
than August 15 2005 to Kristian Bolin at Kristian.Bolin@luche.lu.se and
John Cawley at JHC38@cornell.edu
Final versions of selected manuscripts will be due January 1 2006 and the
volume will be published in mid-2006.
Advances in Health Economics and Health Services Research resumed
publication in 2005 with Volume 16, devoted to Substance Use: Individual
Behavior, Social Interaction, Markets and Politics.
The series editors are Michael Grossman of CUNY Graduate Center and NBER
and Bjorn Lindgren of the Lund University Centre for Health Economics,
Sweden. The series is published by Elsevier and has a website at
