Everyone,

I just made my airplane reservations for the Health Economics Spring Program Meeting through American Express Travel in Cambridge at 1-800-964-7409. The fare is billed to the NBER. You do not have to bill it to your credit card and then get reimbursed. When you phone, identify yourself as affiliated with the NBER and indicate that you are attending the Health Economics spring Program Meeting on April 22. U.S. Airways is the low-cost carrier from New York. My round-trip fare is $267.40. Mike

Bjorn and Inger,

U.S. Airways has a shuttle to Boston every hour on the hour. I know that you want to go to Boston on Thursday morning. I'm not going until 3 pm. I'm returning on the 6 pm shuttle on Friday. If you book on that flight, I'll arrange car service for all of us to Manhattan. I'll arrange car service for you for your Thursday morning flight a few days in advance. Mike

Jeff, Bob, Bill, and Sandy,

Jeff DeSimone told me that the Bureau will pay for one co-author who is not a member of the NBER staff. Please give the information about the airplane reservations to your co-author if he or she plans to attend. Mike
