Seeking input regarding in person (or not) Fall NBER HC Program Meeting

Dear NBER Health Care Members:

We have just learned that the NBER may be able to host in-person meetings
for vaccinated participants this fall.

That means we face a choice for our fall program meeting, which will be
held Thursday December 2 and Friday December 3, 2021. Namely, we can hold
the meeting as a fully virtual meeting, as a fully in-person meeting in
Cambridge, or as a hybrid meeting (in-person + an on-line counterpart so
that participants can attend via Zoom). Whatever option we choose we will
plan to livestream the meeting on YouTube.

While we are very much aware of certain impossibility theorems, we'd like
to do our best to aggregate preferences in making an "optimal decision." To
aid us in that matter, could you please respond by *Wednesday June 30th*
with your answer to the following quick poll
<https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSdjaNEr57EBZJz_Tf0N4ngRPH534i5r2Q0q3X6ewRhHX75rIA/viewform>
.

Thanks!!

Amy and Heidi
