The NBER Health Economics Program will hold its first ever spring meeting on Friday, March 14, 2003 at the NBER in Cambridge, MA. The format of the meeting will be five or six papers with no formal discussants. This is the same format as the one employed at the Summer Institute. If you would like to give a paper, please send the abstract or the paper to me as a file attachment to an e-mail message or by regular mail. Please do not send it to me by fax. The expense reimbursement policy is the same as for the Summer Institute. The Bureau will pay $100 a day towards your air fare for each day of attendance and also will pay for your hotel--probably for one night since the meeting is only for one day.

THE DEADLINE DATE TO SUBMIT A PAPER OR AN ABSTRACT IS WEDNESDAY, JANUARY 15, 2003.
