Dear NBER Colleagues -

We are now collecting information on research papers that have been
published since October 1, 2018 in journals that preclude
pre-publication distribution, and that consequently could not appear in
the NBER working paper series. Information on these papers will be
distributed in the new NBER List of Embargoed Papers and in the
soon-to-launch Bulletin on Health.

If one of your papers appeared in a peer-reviewed journal with an
embargo policy in the last five months, please send a link to the
published paper, or citation details, to Susan Stewart
(sstewart_at_nber.org) by March 8.Papers should meet the same standards as
submissions to the NBER working paper series – they should present new
research findings and may not make policy recommendations or normative
statements.  The list of embargoed papers from the final issue of the
/Bulletin on Aging and Health /may be found here:

2018 no. 3 -- NBER Affiliates' Work Appearing in Medical Journals
listing <https://nber.org/aginghealth/2018no3/2018no3.html>

Thank you for providing this information, and allowing the NBER to call
attention to this increasingly significant body of research by our
affiliates.

All best wishes.

Jim Poterba
