Hi Everyone:
First, we are excited to welcome some new members to the NBER EEE
program. *Caroline
Flammer* (Columbia) is joining us as an RA. *Peter Christensen *(Illinois)
and *Akshaya Jha* (Carnegie Mellon) are joining us as FRFs. *Michelle
Marcus *(Vanderbilt) and *Shaoda Wang* (Chicago), two FRFs in the
development group, are now also affiliated with EEE. Please help us welcome
them to the program.
Second, we are looking forward to the 2022 NBER Summer Institute. The EEE
group will convene on *July 25-26*. We hope to see many of you there in
person (we will be using a hybrid format, so remote participation is also
an option). Given COVID concerns, we are being asked to limit our
in-person invitation list. We can invite a somewhat larger group via zoom. *If
you know of assistant professors or advanced graduate students who might
benefit from participating in this summer EEE meeting remotely, can you
please send us names and contact information?*
