Stanford University has a junior tenure-track faculty position in
energy. Although it is written to be somewhat broader than straight
economics, my expectation is that many of the applicants will be strong
economists with a research focus in energy. See

Science & Engineering Department and the Precourt Institute for Energy,
with the possibility of a courtesy appointment in Economics or other
appropriate departments.
