Dear DAE Members,
We will hold a poster session at this year's DAE Summer Institute
Meeting, July 7-10. We anticipate accepting 6 poster presentations.
If you have a student whom you would like to present in the poster
session, send an abstract of the student's research (or paper, if
available) that would be suitable for posting on the SI website to
glibecap_at_bren.ucsb.edu by May 23, 2014.
Indicate the stage of the student's work. We prefer students later in
their dissertation work, but not so far along that they have already
successfully participated in the job market.
We also seek to expand the range of participation of students from
multiple institutions.
If we have extra space, we will also welcome graduate students to
attend our meetings as observers only.
The NBER cannot pay travel and accommodations for non-NBER
affiliates, but lunches and dinners will be open to the students and
the NBER negotiated hotel rate will apply to them.
Invitations and logistical information for SI 2014 will be sent out
by the middle of May.
