I would like to invite you to submit a paper for presentation at the next
meeting of the NBER, Corporate Finance Group will be held on Friday,
November 14, 2003 at the Royal Sonesta Hotel, 5 Cambridge Parkway,
Cambridge, MA. As usual, we are planning a dinner for Thursday evening.

Please send the papers to both of us by mail marked ANBER Corporate Finance
Meeting@ by SEPTEMBER 16th. Please do not email the paper to us unless you
absolutely have to.
