RE: NBER Universities' Research Conference
The National Bureau of Economic Research is continuing its series of
Universities' Research Conferences in May. A conference on Corporate
Governance will be held in Cambridge on May 9 and 10, 2003. The program is
being organized by Professor Bengt Holmström of MIT and NBER and Professor
Steven Kaplan of the University of Chicago and NBER.
