Dear Staff Colleagues -
On Administrative Professionals Day, please let me say something
that I think every day: how fortunate the economics profession is to
have such a dedicated and hard working community of talented individuals
laboring tirelessly, day in and day out, to advance the NBER's resesarch
and education mission. You do not hear the words "thank you" nearly
often enough from all of the researchers, journalists, and others who
benefit from your superb efforts. I speak on their behalf in
recognizing your amazing work. Thank you so much for everything that
you do!
I hope to see many of you for the Pizza Party at 12:30 today. All
