[NBER-1050]: No Overnight Parking

REMINDER:
There is NO overnight parking in our lots during a snowstorm.
The Graystone employees need the parking lots free of cars in order
to remove the snow.
Cars left in the lots may be towed at the owners' expense.

Also, please do not leave your car here when you are travelling.
The limited parking spaces we have are to be used while working/doing
business at the NBER.

Research assistants are not eligible for parking privileges.
