[NBER-1050]: Security Alert

Dear 1050 Researchers and Staff -

Our building manager has informed me that a wallet was stolen from
one of the office buildings nearby.

As a reminder, please do not leave valuables, including cell phones
and laptop computers, unattended at your desk or in your office.
Dan Feenberg can supply you with a laptop security cable on request.

Please remind visitors that they must sign in at the front desk and
you will be called when they arrive.

Also, as impolite as it may seem, please do not hold open any
interior door for someone you do not know or recognize (this is how
the theft happened across the street).

If you see anything or anyone suspicious, please notify Lisa Ursino
(x344) or Magdalen Blankenship (at the front desk) immediately.
