Docquier, C. ?zden and C. Parsons (2015), "A Global Assessment of Human Capital Mobility: The Role of non-OECD Destinations." World Development, 65: 6-26. The data are available in Stata and CSV formats. The data set is described in Alesina, A., J. Harnoss and H. Rapoport, "Birthplace Diversity and Economic Prosperity", Journal of Economic Growth (forthcoming).
