Steve Marglin In response to Prof Marglin's letter, we have imported the underlying database and some help files to the NBER website http://www.nber.org/data/ARRA We have not implemented the extraction software - users must download the entire datbase, unzip it, and read the tab-delimited files into whatever software they chose.
