drg_cd:
  1.  DRG (Diagnostic Related Groups) Definition: a statistical system of
      classifying any inpatient
  2.  stay into groups for the purposes of payment.
  3.  The DRG classification system divides possible diagnoses into more than
      20 major body systems
  4.  and subdivides them (538) for the purpose of Medicare reimbursement.
  5.  DRGs have a two-tiered structure: 1) With CC - Complication/Comorbidity;
      and 2) Without CC - No Complication/Comorbidity
  6.  MS-DRGs replaced DRGs on October 1, 2007, which is why there is no data
      from 2008 forward
