Call for Papers - The 44th Annual NBER Summer Institute
The National Bureau of Economic Research will host the 44th Summer Institute meeting on July 12-30, 2021. The meeting will be held on-line and most presentations will be live-streamed. The Summer Institute consists of nearly fifty distinct meetings, each focused on a sub-field or broad topic within economics. The detailed meeting calendar may be found here. To be considered for presentation, papers (or abstracts) must be submitted by 11:59pm PDT on Monday, April 5, 2021. The following workshops will only consider completed papers (no abstracts): Asset Pricing, Corporate Finance, Development Economics, Economic Fluctuations and Growth, Energy and Environmental Economics, Health Economics, Law and Economics, Monetary Economics, and Political Economy. Submissions of both empirical and theoretical research, from scholars who are early in their careers, from researchers with and without NBER affiliations, and from scholars who are members of groups that are under-represented in the economics profession are welcome.
