The incentives bearing on knowledge workers in science and technology
have been the subject of much discussion and study. Less well analysed
are the incentives of the institutions who will train, study, fund and
employ these individuals. PEAT will meet with and study leading institutional
actors to better understand the incentive structures surrounding these
critical stakeholders.
