If neither you nor any of your co-authors are NBER family members, then your paper may only be included in the Working Paper series
if it was presented at an NBER conference whose papers are scheduled to be published as an NBER conference volume.
Papers whose copyright has already been transferred elsewhere may not appear in the Working Paper series.
