CURRENT RESEARCH INTERESTS

 

          Health economics, Labor economics.  Current projects include:

          (1) Measuring and investigating the determinants of quality of care in hospitals.

          (2) Estimating the impacts of changing abortion access and other factors on fertility and child outcomes.

          (3) Evaluating the effect of recent changes in the health care market on the employment and earnings of nurses.
