sipp87rt6 datafile has lrecl=5938*records=31701=188240538 bytes
So, our copy is missing Part E 'Long Term Care', and what we have
doesn't appear to be usable.  The full lrecl was supposed to be
6152 and 30,587 cases, and it appears that they squished the data 
to fit 5938 characters.
(214 character difference in lrecl).
