Major Programs at the NBER
Each of the NBER's major programs involves 20 or more NBER Research
Associates and a number of Faculty Research Fellows.
Economists within the Bureau's programs meet periodically to
discuss their work and to further their research efforts. Each program
includes one or more primary projects, involving ten to twelve
economists, and several smaller projects.
These projects focus on more specialized areas of research.
