2007-03-06  Stata data sets added for PPS Minimum files.
            These were created by Stat/Transferring the SAS datasets.
            Note: Stat/Transfer imposed a limit of 2,047 variables per Stata data file.
            So, the 1996-1999 files were split into two parts.
            The medicare provider number, f1, is in both files.

2005-12-08  negcost was given to two different original PPS variables.
            The variable name that was made up by the person who wrote 
            the early SAS programs.  Modify or delete as you wish.
